In the Eye: Ruby-purple color, opaque and concentrated.
On the Nose: Aromas of black forest berries, cranberries, ground black and white pepper. With hints of smoked meat, exotic spices and dark chocolate.
On the Palette: An elegant and round texture, with soft and well-integrated tannins. All supported beautifully by a good acidity and long finish.
This is a very characteristic shiraz, balanced and meticulously made. Presents a high concentration of spiced aromas and flavors – courtesy of the desert terroir, making it a great food wine.
